Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless all sponsors including Duffy Boats, Rotary Club, Californians Against Waste, Balboa Bay Club and Resort and Riding Currents from and against any and all injuries to and the death of any person or persons including the indemnifier claims, demands, costs, loss, damage and liability by participating in the volunteer event. Participants will respect private property rights and obey all laws and regulations.
